- 3 Chicken Breasts
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 1 onion (medium)
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and black pepper to taste

- First make cuts in the chicken breast so that the spices get absorbed well.
- Put olive oil and butter in a pan. When it becomes hot, add chicken breast to it. Then sprinkle salt and pepper over it according to taste.
- Fry on both sides until golden brown for 4-5 minutes. Take out the chicken from the pan.
- Again put butter in pan , add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds , add chopped onion and sauté until get translucent.
- Add warm water, lemon juice, parsley, whipped cream, nutmeg and a pinch of salt. Stir the sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Return the chicken to pan. close the lid and simmer over low heat for 5-10 minutes.
